End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Apu's Closet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable use and user content

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, share, or send through the app, including photos, descriptions, comments, and messages. You must have all rights needed to post your content.

You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.

3. No tolerance policy for abusive behavior

Apu's Closet has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, impersonation, scams, and repeated violations of our safety rules.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Safety standards and community rules

You must follow our Community Guidelines, Prohibited Items, and Safety Tips.

5. Reporting and appeals

If you see content or behavior that violates our rules, use in-app reporting tools or contact us. We review reports and may take moderation actions based on severity and repeat behavior.

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may request review through our contact form.

6. Ownership and limited rights

The app and related software are owned by Apu's Closet or its licensors. You do not receive ownership rights. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the app.

7. Third-party services

The app may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.

8. Updates and changes

We may update the app and this EULA. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and account at any time for violations of this EULA, safety violations, legal requirements, or risk to the community.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apu's Closet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from user interactions, listings, borrowing/lending disputes, or service interruptions.
