End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Apu's Closet grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your personal, non commercial use, subject to these terms.

2. License restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates law or our community rules.
• Do not resell, rent, or sublicense the app.

3. Ownership

The app and all related intellectual property are owned by Apu's Closet or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights through this license.

4. User content

You own your content. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as described in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. You consent to those practices, including marketing communications and analytics described there.

6. Updates and changes

We may provide updates or changes to the app. Some updates may be automatic. Continued use means you accept any updated terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete any copies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apu's Closet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss or theft of items, or disputes between users.
